Turkey Burgers

1 lb ground turkey
1 tbsp minced onion
1/4 tsp each cumin, ground black pepper, nutmeg,
      onion, red pepper flakes, ground ginger
1/2 tsp each basil, thyme, sage
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients.
Chill together in a bowl for 1 hr. or overnight
Preheat frying pan with butter or olive oil.
Form meat into approx. 12 small flat patties.
Sautee patties until browned, approx. 5 min per side.

 

12 patties each 1 block Protein
