After sustaining a serious injury to my knee, I was told that many of the sports and activities that I loved would be painful, if not impossible. After attending Element CrossFit for only a few months, and with the help of my trainers, Rachael and Alex, I can now do things that were impossible for me when I started.

Not only have I become stronger, but I am able to do the activities that I love like rock climbing, skiing, and running. The gym has great people, an excellent atmosphere and an encouraging “can-do” attitude that pushes you to be the best that you can be. If it weren’t for CrossFit, I would be missing out on so many amazing adventures.
