90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE PROGRAM CUSTOMER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
1. What is Element CrossFit’s 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee program?
If a customer purchases a new Element CrossFit Membership between October 15, 2009 and November 30, 2009, the customer may refund their membership between the 61st and 90th day of membership.
2. Can you explain the 90-day evaluation period?
The customer must retain the membership for a minimum of 60 days after the join date before a refund claim may be made. After the initial 60 days are met, the customer may file a refund claim up to and including the 90th day of membership from the customers' join date.
3. What if the customer comes in on the 90th day?
If a customer purchases an Eligible Membership between October 15, 2009 and November 30, 2009, the customer may refund their membership between the 61st and 90th day of membership.
4. Does the customer receive a full refund on their purchase transaction?
The customer will receive a Customer Reimbursement amount, which is the Membership Fee less less a New Member Consideration. Other expenses incurred by the customer are the responsibility of the customer. In no circumstances will the Customer Reimbursement amount exceed the price paid for the Membership
5. What is the New Member Consideration?
The customer is responsible for a New Member Consideration based on the following formula:
# Personal Training Sessions x $50 + applicable taxes = New Member Consideration
The New Member Consideration is a charge to the customer for Personal Training that is factored into the Customer Reimbursement amount.
6. Are there usage requirements on refunding the membership?
Yes. To be eligible the member must average 4 visits per week between the Start Date and the Claim Date.
7. Are businesses and corporations eligible for this 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee program?
No, businesses, corporations, partnerships, corporate wellness programs are not eligible for the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee program. Only retail purchases are eligible for the program.
