Ingredients:
Any combination of:
4 tbsp Hemp Hearts (3P)
2 tbsp ground flax seed (3F)
2-4 tbsp ground/chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans) (3F)
2-4 tbsp dried unsweetened coconut (3F)
2 tbsp seeds (sesame, sunflower) (3F)
2 tbsp dried fruit (cranberries, blueberries, apricot) (2C)
Form into pancake or bar using:
2 tbsp honey OR maple syrup (3C)
Top with fresh fruit as a pancake, or shape into a bar and bake at 350F for 10 min to make an easy on-the-go snack.
Experiment with different quantities and flavours!
